Smile: A New One Session Program Available May or June

We will finalize the video filming for Smile in April and will finish editing in April.  We then have to go to print. This will be a new one-session program. The video will be 45-50 minutes long.

I believe a smile is the first step in great customer service. The Leader Guide will come with a flash drive and a 6 x 9" perfect bound participant book, certificate, technique card, and Smile performance standard.
