Empowerment is critical to any organization that wants to be a Service Leader. It is the most difficult skill to teach and get employees to use.

Empowerment means all employees have to make fast decisions on the spot in favor of the customer. The fear is that an employee may give away the store. The single goal of every company should be to have over happy customers.

In Bolivia, I sent a lot of products via Federal Express to Marwan El Tine, VP of Service Quality Institute Bolivia.

After 6 weeks, he still does not have the product. I addressed it to him at his hotel with his Suite number. No one seems to understand he is a guest and not the owner of the hotel. Use our Customer Service Diplomas to advance your career. We have two Diplomas, The Graduate of Customer Service, which requires 7 programs with at least 28 credits. If you do this online, each course is $97 and for all 7 is only $679, and the Master of Customer Service, which requires 9 programs and 48 credits, is another $194 more for a total investment of  $873. With the May 22-25 Certification Seminar, you earn 18 credits.
